Brief summary

This study evaluates the effects of the Clean Nutra dietary supplement MultiMineral 102 Gummies on digestive health, energy, and skin health over an 8-week period. The trial is conducted as a single-arm, unblinded, virtual study in which all 35 enrolled participants take the test product daily. Participants will complete self-reported questionnaires at Baseline, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, and Week 8 to assess changes in digestive health, energy levels, skin health, and overall vitality. All participants reside in the United States and will follow instructions provided by the research team throughout the study duration.

Interventions

DIETARY_SUPPLEMENTMultiMineral 102 Gummies

All participants take two MultiMineral 102 Gummies per day, both taken in the morning with food and 8 oz of water, for 8 weeks. Ingredients: Sodium 10 mg; Irish Sea Moss Extract 30:1 50 mg; Black Cumin Extract 30:1 50 mg; Burdock Root Extract 20:1 50 mg; Proprietary Blend 35 mg (Manuka Honey Powder, Elderberry Extract 4:1, Ashwagandha Extract 30:1, and Chlorella Powder).

Inclusion criteria

* Be male or female * Be aged 18+ * In the past four weeks, has experienced issues regarding all of the following: digestion issues, poor skin health, and low energy * Anyone who is generally healthy - does not live with any uncontrolled chronic disease * If taking oral over-the-counter supplements or herbal remedies targeted at digestive health, energy, or skin health, has been consistently taking these for at least 3 months prior to starting the study, and is willing to maintain this routine for the study duration * Not planning on introducing any products or any new forms of prescription medication or supplements that target digestive health, energy, or skin health for the study duration * Willing to keep all elements of their skincare routine the same for the duration of the study * Has not introduced any new products to their skincare routine in the past month * Willing to maintain current diet, sleep schedule, and activity level for the duration of the study * Resides in the United States * Not currently partaking in another research study and will not be partaking in any other research study for the next 8 weeks and at any point during this study's duration * If taking prescription medication, must be willing to speak with their healthcare provider before enrolling in the study

Exclusion criteria

* Anyone with pre-existing chronic conditions that would prevent participants from adhering to the protocol, including oncological and psychiatric disorders * Anyone with thyroid disorders * Anyone currently taking blood thinning (anticoagulant) medication * Anyone with any allergies or sensitivities to any of the study product ingredients * Any women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to conceive * Anyone who has had any major illnesses in the last three months * Anyone unwilling to follow the study protocol * Has stopped using hormonal birth control in the past month * Anyone who drinks heavily (i.e. 8 or more alcoholic drinks per week for women or 15 or more alcoholic drinks per week for men) * Anyone with a history of substance abuse
