Inclusion criteria
* Male Infertility with cryptozoospermia and clinical varicoceles
Exclusion criteria
* Genetic abnormalities. Other causes of male infertility

Primary

| Semen | 12 months | Improvement in the semen concentration (measured by million/ml). This will be checked by repeat semen analysis 6 and 12 months in both study groups. |
