Extreme heat can overwhelm thermo-regulatory mechanisms in pregnant women, especially during labor, cause dehydration and endocrine dysfunction, and compromise placental function. Clinical sequel includes hypertensive disorders, gestational diabetes, preterm birth, and stillbirth

BEHAVIORALclimate change educational program
A structured educational program about climate change and its effects on pregnancy. The program consists of two educational sessions supported by PowerPoint presentations and an educational booklet to improve pregnant women's knowledge and preventive practices.

Intervention model description
A quasi-experimental research design (one-group pre-post) intervention will be used for this study. This study will be conducted at the antenatal outpatient clinic at Women's Health Hospital, Assiut University.

* Low risk pregnant women (primigravida or multigravida) * In their mid-pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
