Inclusion criteria
* Adult patients aged more than 18 years. * Patients undergoing elective surgery in the Kanigara RSCM, PESC, RPT, or Kirana operating rooms. * Patients undergoing postoperative observation in the PACU or HCU. * Patients classified as Level II or III based on the Modified Johns Hopkins Surgical Criteria. * Patients who are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
* Patients undergoing postoperative observation directly in the ICU. * Patients undergoing open-heart surgery. * Patients undergoing emergency surgery in the emergency operating room.
