Inclusion criteria
Both men and women aged 45-55 participated in the study. The experiment targeted high-cholesterol, triglycerides, and low-density lipoprotein patients (\>220, 150, and 130 mg/dL).
Exclusion criteria
Individuals with diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, documented cinnamon allergies were excluded. \-
