The present study has explored medication safety practices among nurse anesthestsists and anesthesiologists through structured and unstructured observations in clinical anesthesia practice. The data is collected through non-participant observation using a guide consisting of the following topics: medications prepared, medication checking procedures, medications administered, team composition, interrutions and description of the workn environment
