Inclusion criteria

* Diagnosed with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy. * Grade 1and 1+ according to the Modified Ashworth scale. * They can walk alone, with limitation, GMFCS Levels I-II. * Able to follow simple verbal instructions.

Exclusion criteria

* Orthopedic surgery during the previous 12 months. * Botulinum toxin injection within the previous 6 months. * Severe cognitive impairment preventing cooperation. * Uncontrolled epilepsy. * Fixed musculoskeletal deformities limiting functional activities. * Children who suffer from other diseases or associated disorders that interfere with physical activity.
