this group was perform conventional strength and conditioning exercises focusing on isolated muscle groups, cardiovascular endurance, and static stretching. Sessions will follow a similar frequency and duration.

Inclusion criteria

* Male or female paddle tennis athletes aged 18 to 30 years * Minimum of one year of continuous participation * acute musculoskeletal injuries at the time of enrollment * Able and willing to provide written informed consent and commit to full participation in the intervention protocol.

Exclusion criteria

* cardiovascular condition * Neurological * Recent (within the past three months) participation in structured prehabilitation * Current use of performance-enhancing drugs or medications * Cognitive, psychological
