Interventions

13 participants will be in sprint interval training group, who will only perform repeated sprint exercise. 30m-all out sprint with repetitions

OTHERContinuous aerobic conditioning

13 participants will be in continuous aerobic conditioning training group, who will only perform aerobic exercise. running along with increase duration.

Inclusion criteria

* Age typically between 18 and 30 years old. * Participants are in good health and had no severe injuries during the last six months before the study * Non-smoker * Individual free from cardiovascular, metabolic disease

Exclusion criteria

* Presence of any musculoskeletal injury or illness * Runners with irregular training schedules or inconsistent performance. * Use of medications that could impact exercise performance or safety. * Inability to commit to the training program or testing schedule.
