Detailed description
Our study will be performed to detect if there is an effect of quadriceps angle on the dynamic balance of the ambulatory diplegic children, and also detect if there is and effect of body mass index on the dynamic balance of these children

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
* Ages between 6 to 10 years. * Children heights should be more thsn 1 meter. * Grade 1 or 1+ spasticity according to modified ashworth scale * Level 1 or 2 on gross motor function classification system. * All children are able to follow verbal commands.
Exclusion criteria
* Children with epileptic fits. * Severe visual and auditory problems. * Fixed deformities of the lower extremities.
