This study aims to address the gaps in existing research by focusing on the high-risk group of colorectal cancer patients post-radical surgery, systematically reviewing potential factors influencing polyp recurrence, further clarifying independent risk factors for postoperative polyp recurrence in this population, and constructing a predictive model that better aligns with the clinical needs of such patients, thereby providing more precise references for developing personalized follow-up strategies in clinical practice.

Healthy volunteers

Inclusion criteria

Patients who underwent radical surgery for colon cancer at Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from January 2015 to December 2024 and regularly completed colonoscopy follow-up after surgery were selected as the research subjects. Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with colon cancer through histopathological examination ; Undergoing radical R0 resection ； Complete Colonoscopy follow-up after surgery less than 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

With adenomatous polyposis , Lynch syndrome and Peutz-Jeghers syndrome； Combined inflammatory bowel disease; Polyp were present before surgery and have not been completely removed； With distant metastasis or local recurrence； Clinical data is missing and can not be analyzed.
