Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frameDescription
Knowledge for nursing processPre-test data were collected in April after the theoretical and case-based sessions. Post-test data were collected one month later, following the escape room intervention.Participants' knowledge of the nursing process was measured using the Nursing Process Knowledge Test. The test had previously been evaluated by the researchers, and its Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.77.
Diagnostic accuracyPre-test data were collected in April after the theoretical and case-based sessions. Post-test data were collected one month later, following the escape room intervention.Participants' ability to accurately identify nursing diagnoses for predeveloped clinical cases was evaluated using the Clinical Case-Based Nursing Diagnosis Assessment Form. Expert opinion was obtained during the development of the form. A total of 17 nursing diagnoses were identified.
