Brief summary
People with Down syndrome (DS) seem to have a lower physical fitness than their peers without disabilities. Purpose: To examine the correlation of gross motor proficiency to health-related physical fitness ( HRPF) in children with DS.

Inclusion criteria
* Their age ranged from 6-9 years old, both sexes, and their IQ \> 50 (according to medical report).
Exclusion criteria
* Cardiovascular problems such as congenital heart disease , Neurological problems as uncontrolled epilepsy, or Orthopaedic surgical intervention in lower limb in the last 6 months.
