Detailed description
Fetal growth restriction (FGR) is poor fetal growth, typically defined by weight under the 10th percentile, due to maternal, placental, and fetal factors. The transcerebellar diameter to abdominal circumference ratio (TCD/AC) in ultrasound aids in predicting FGR, mainly through abdominal circumference (AC), while transverse cerebellar diameter (TCD) is less often related to fetal growth issues.
Interventions
All enrolled pregnant women underwent a standardized obstetric ultrasound examination between 24 and 28 weeks of gestation.

Inclusion criteria
* Pregnant women aged 18 to 35 years old. * 24-28 weeks of gestation * Primigravida * Single viable fetus * Reliable Last Menstrual Period (LMP) or first trimester ultrasonography to confirm gestational age.
Exclusion criteria
* Chromosomal abnormalities. * Any medical disease that affect fetal growth.
