Brief summary
To determine if vascular beta3 adrenergic receptors are present and functional in aging women and can be targeted to attenuate sympathetic vasoconstriction and enhance vascular function in aging women.
Interventions
Participants will receive a placebo in pill form.
Participants will receive oral gemtesa (75 mg).

Inclusion criteria
* Healthy women, * Assigned female at birth, * 18-70 years of age, * Body mass index \<18 or ≥30 kg/m2,
Exclusion criteria
* Assigned male at birth, * Pregnancy, * Breastfeeding, * History of hormone replacement therapy, chemical menopause, or oophor-ectomy * Polycystic ovarian syndrome or Primary ovarian insufficiency, * Current smoking/Nicotine use, * Blood pressure ≥140/90 mmHg, * Increased risk of bleeding, pro-coagulant disorders, clotting disorders, anticoagulation therapy, * Nerve/neurologic disease, * Cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, respiratory disease, * Hypersensitivity to nitroglycerin, * Diabetes, * Communication barriers,
