Inclusion criteria

Inculsion Criteria * Adult patients with dentofacial deformities, including skeletal Class II deformity, skeletal Class III deformity, vertical maxillary excess, and facial asymmetry. * Patients seeking definitive surgical correction and declining orthodontic camouflage treatment. * Cases required maxillary impaction, advancement, or rotational movements.

Exclusion criteria

Medically compromised patients. * Uncooperative or noncompliant patients. * Patients with poor oral hygiene or active periodontal disease.
