* Frequent maladaptive anger responses and/or rare adaptive anger responses

Exclusion criteria

* Ongoing psychological treatment * Diagnosis of schizophrenia or cognitive deficits * Substance abuse problems * Inability to speak and understand the Portuguese language

Anger Regulation Scale for Adolescents (ARS-A)Change from baseline (4 months after baseline), 3 months after treatment has ended, and 6 months after treatment has ended.Assesses functional and dysfunctional anger regulation. The scale ranges from 1 (Never) to 4 (Always), with higher scores indicating more frequent use of adaptive or maladaptive strategies.
