OTHEREHR Nudges
Two types of nudges: 1) an auto pended bot order for cardiac rehab referral, 2) an EHR-embedded alert prompting cardiac rehab referral

* Age of at least 18 years * History of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG), Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI), or valve repair/replacement in the past year
Exclusion criteria
* Hospice * Active home health
