Inclusion criteria
* Adults aged 19 years or older who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology for acute heart failure * NT-proBNP ≥300 pg/mL * Patients who underwent electrocardiography at least once
Exclusion criteria
* History of congenital heart disease * Patients with a dominant electronic pacemaker rhythm * Patients with a heart rate \>140 beats per minute or electrocardiograms with excessive noise
