Inclusion criteria

* Undergraduate dental students in the fourth or fifth year. * Age 18 years or older. * Willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

* Orthodontic treatment. * Systemic disease affecting periodontal status. * Medications that may affect bruxism or anxiety. * Major psychiatric disorders. * Pregnancy, if relevant to periodontal assessment. * Incomplete questionnaire or incomplete clinical data.

Anxiety level	At enrollment	Assessed using the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) questionnaire. Anxiety will be measured as a continuous score and may also be categorized into minimal, mild, moderate, and severe anxiety.

Probable Bruxism	At enrollment	Assessed by self-reported symptoms and clinical signs. Bruxism status will be classified as present or absent.
Periodontal Screening and Recording Index	At enrollment	Periodontal parameters are measured using the WHO probe by dividing the mouth into six sextants (three upper, three lower). The highest score in each sextant is recorded. Scoring from 0-4 is based on pocket depth, gingival health, and calculus presence. Scoring Criteria: 0: Healthy periodontium, black band visible. 1. Bleeding on probing (BOP), black band visible. 2. Calculus present, black band visible. 3. Pocket depth 3.5-5.5 mm (black band partially submerged). 4. Pocket depth \> 5.5 mm (black band entirely hidden).
