Inclusion criteria

* Children with end-stage liver disease of various etiologies requiring liver transplantation. * Approved by the ethics committee, and written informed consent has been obtained from the parents/legal guardians. * Age ≤ 1 year (infancy).

Exclusion criteria

* Age older than 1 year old. * Accept liver kidney combined transplantation surgery or second liver transplantation surgery.
