Inclusion criteria

* Diagnosis of myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), MDS/MPN overlap syndrome or evidence of myelodysplastic precursor syndrome, defined as clonal haematopoiesis without cytopenia (clonal haematopoiesis of indeterminate potential, CHIP) or clonal haematopoiesis with cytopenia (clonal cytopenia of undetermined significance, CCUS) in accordance with current WHO criteria * Age ≥18 years * Submission of a signed consent form for participation in the MDS Registry
