Inclusion criteria

* All pregnant women delivering at ≥ 28 weeks gestation. * Singleton or multiple pregnancy. * Cephalic, Breech, or transverse lie.

Exclusion criteria

* Gestational age \< 28 weeks. * Intrauterine fetal demises before admission

Change in overall Caesarean section rateuntil 1/february/2027All eligible deliveries during the study period will be included (total coverage sampling). Collection of baseline data on mode of delivery. Calculation of CS rate and indications. Classification of women retrospectively into Robson groups. Monthly audit meetings to discuss CS indications per Robson group. Data Collection Data will be collected using a structured sheet including: Maternal age Parity Gestational age Onset of labor Fetal presentation Number of fetuses Mode of delivery Indication of CS Robson group Maternal outcome Neonatal outcome
