Inclusion criteria
* 1\. Age ≥ 18 years 2\. Acute respiratory symptoms (dyspnea, cough, chest discomfort, or hypoxemia. 3\. Documented use of E-cigarettes or vaping products within 90 days. 4\. Availability of CT chest imaging and chest ultrasound at presentation. 5\. BAL performed during the initial diagnostic work-up.
Exclusion criteria
\- 1-Confirmed alternative diagnoses such as cardiac failure, infectious pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, autoimmune disease, or drug-induced lung injury. 2-Refusal of the study
