Brief summary

The aim of this study is to evaluate the utility of URM technology in imaging renal microcirculatory blood flow in patients with renal failure, and to investigate its clinical feasibility for assessing renal function, disease staging and monitoring treatment response.

Inclusion criteria

① Clinically diagnosed with acute or chronic renal failure; ② Complete laboratory test results and ultrasound images are available.

Exclusion criteria

① Concurrent severe organ failure; ② Poor image quality; ③ History of renal surgery; ④ Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
