* Malaysian citizens above 18 years old. * Individuals who have either received or plan to received aesthetic treatment in the future. * Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

* Individuals unable to provide informed consent. * Individuals who cannot understand either Bahasa Malaysia or English.

Responses are rated on a 5-point scale (1 = strongly disagree, 2 = disagree, 3 = not sure, 4 = agree, 5 = strongly agree).
