Change in HbA1c levels in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitors	Baseline and 3, 6, 9, and 12 months	Assessment of change in HbA1c levels in CML patients treated with TKIs.

Change in lipid profile in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitors	Baseline and 3, 6, 9, and 12 months	Assessment of changes in lipid profile including total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, and HDL in CML patients treated with TKIs.
