* Age ≥ 18 years * Catheter ablation due to VT, PVC, or AVNRT * Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* Infection or inflammatory disease at time of sampling * Pregnancy * Inability to comply with study procedures * Life expectancy \< 1 year not due to arrhythmia
