Detailed description

We conducted a retrospective observational study including 51 patients with histologically confirmed gastric cancer who underwent MGPT between 2020 and 2025. Genetic testing was performed using validated 15 or 30 gene panels. Clinical, pathological, and survival data were retrieved from medical records.

Inclusion criteria

* Eligible participants were adults (≥18 years) with histologically confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma who underwent MGPT between 2020 and 2025; * Ability to understand Portuguese and/or English; * Ability to provide valid informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

* All patients who met eligibility and inclusion criteria were included in the study; * Patients without a definitive genetic report or with incomplete clinical data for key study variables were excluded.
