Inclusion criteria
Patients with the following maxillofacial fractures (zygomaticomaxillary complex, orbital floor, mandibular condyle and frontal sinus fracture)
Exclusion criteria
* Patients with Severe comminuted fractures requiring extensive open reconstruction * Patients unfit for intervention medically
