Inclusion criteria

* Age 18-70 * treatment failure (pharmacotherapy) due to uterine prolapse or urine incontinence

Exclusion criteria

* prolonged thromboprophylaxis * planned surgery other than due to urine incontinence/uterine prolapse * acquired or congenital thrombophilia
