Inclusion criteria
* Individuals who voluntarily approved the participation form, * Those who fully participated in the training and testing.
Exclusion criteria
* Those who did not complete the voluntary consent form, * Those who did not participate in any phase of the training or testing, * Participants with incomplete or inaccurate data.
