* Healthcare support workers * Working in a ward-setting caring for people with dementia * Based in the main acute hospital

Exclusion criteria

* Registered staff (nurses and nursing associates) * Allied Health Professionals and therapy support workers * Healthcare support workers employed outside the main acute hospital
