Inclusion criteria
Complex patients with lung cancer undergoing radiotherapy in one of the following groups; * Rare histology * Disease invading vascular structures * Co-existing interstitial lung disease (ILD) * Radical re-irradiation * Oligopersistent/oligoprogressive disease on immunotherapy or targeted therapies.
Exclusion criteria
