All patients with a clinical diagnosis of Sigmoid colon volvulus males or females, of any age, -

Exclusion criteria

.Sigmoid mass, Sigmoidopexy, pelvic inflammatory disease, TB pelvis, abdomen, Any stoma (colostomy, Iliostomy). \-
