Inclusion criteria

* clinical diagnosis of COPD * right heart catheterization including mPAP (Mean Pulmonary Artery Pressure), PVR (Pulmonary Vascular Resistance), PAWP (Pulmonary Artery Wedge Pressure), CO (cardiac output) * age \>= 18 years

Exclusion criteria

* pediatric patients * no COPD or no RHC
