Inclusion criteria
1. Age ≥18 years; 2. Patients with neuro-co-cardiological diseases or post-cardiac surgery cerebrovascular diseases.
Exclusion criteria
1. The expected survival is less than 1 years; 2. Simultaneously merge other serious diseases;
