Brief summary
The primary aim of the study was to determine the reliability and validity of the Turkish version of the 4-Item Short Form of the Pain Anxiety Symptom Scale. The secondary aim of the study was to determine the level of pain-related anxiety in individuals with chronic pain.

Inclusion criteria
1. Between the ages of 18-65 2. Having pain 4 or more days a week 3. Having weekly pain intensity of 3 or more according to the Numeric Pain Rating Scale 4. Having chronic pain lasting at least 3 months 5. Being able to read and write and having no cognitive problems 6. Individuals who volunteer to participate in the study will be included.
Exclusion criteria
1\. Having pain limited to headache only
