Inclusion criteria

* both sexes * 18 years or older * acetabular defect paprosky 2b or 3a segemntal defect reconstructed with trabecualr metal augment in the flying buttress position.

Exclusion criteria

* patients presented with active infection * pathological defects * pelvic discontinuity
