* 3 years of resistance training experience
Exclusion criteria
* 1+ American College of Sports Medicine sign(s) or symptom(s) of cardiovascular, metabolic or renal disease(s) * musculoskeletal disorder(s) * lactose intolerance; soy or dairy allergies
