Systemic inflammatory burden is assessed before and after endodontic treatment.

* Coronary artery disease patients with and without chronic pulp exposure
Exclusion criteria
* Other systemic diseases * Antibiotics for More than 1 month * Smoking * Analgesics more than 1 week
