* Scheduled to undergo cardiac catheterization with cardiac output measurement and Fick * Planned to undergo general anesthesia for cardiac catheterization standard of care * Parent/Guardian able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

* Not planned for standard of care general anesthesia for cardiac catheterization
