Inclusion criteria

* PATIENT WITH DISEASE DURATION OF MORE THAN 6 MONTHS * AGE MORE THAN 18 YEARS

Exclusion criteria

* PATIENT WITH CARDIAC ,CEREBROVASCULAR AND HEMATOLOGIC DIEASE * PTIENT WITH HYPERTENSION ,DIABETES ,METABOLIS SYNDROMES AND OTHER AUTOIMMUNE RHEUMATIC DISEASES.
