Inclusion criteria
clinical diagnosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. clinical diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. -
Exclusion criteria
rheumatic heart disease ,congenital heart disease , ischemic heart disease ,heart failure with reduced ejection fraction , hepatitis B virus , hepatitis C virus . \-
