Inclusion criteria
* patients with stricturing Crohn's diseases * no surgical indication * patients with asymptomatic penetrating diseases * written consent acquired
Exclusion criteria
* patients with surgical indication * patients with symptomatic penetrating diseases * contraindication of biologics * anticipating other trial
