Inclusion criteria
* able to stand and walk independently * able to understand and follow a verbal command * cutoff score less than 6 or 7 in functional balance in indicated
Exclusion criteria
* patients have any neurological issue, * Instability of atlantoaxial joint * Vision and hearing loss * History of fall
