* BMI between 30 and 35 * Basal Glycemia between 100 and 125 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

* Diabetes diagnosis * Use of food supplements containing inositols, gymnema, alpha-lactalbumin and zinc * Intolerance to inositols, gymnema, alpha-lactalbumin and zinc
