Inclusion criteria
* Clinical diagnosis of coccydynia by clinical examination and X-ray imaging. * be aged ≥18 at the time of diagnosis * be give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
* Malignancy * Those who have received ESWT treatment before * Pediatric patients * Patients with infection.
