Inclusion criteria
* Impingement symptoms in clinical tests * Pain \>1 month
Exclusion criteria
* Any shoulder pathology. * Have chronic systemic diseases or infections. * History of any surgery shoulder complex. * steroid injections and therapeutic approaches
