Inclusion criteria

Histologically confirmed glioblastoma Adequate hematologic, hepatic, and renal function Karnofsky performance status score ≥ 70% Life expectancy ≥ six weeks

Exclusion criteria

Abnormal severe un-controlled medical conditions
